Abubakar Yusuf

With over 24 years of progressive and successful experience, Mallam Abubakar Yusuf is a multifaceted customer Relations Management Professional. He has over the years shown expertise in business operations and customer experience management in the fiercely competitive broadcast media industry, consulting, banking, telecommunications, and electricity distribution value chain.

He also has extensive experience in multi-site and Customer Relations Management, Customer intimacy, Marketing and Sales activities, Business Management and customer experience.

Yusuf holds both Bsc (Business Administration) and MBA in 1997 and 2000 respectively from Bayero University, Kano.

He began his career with a consultancy firm in 1998. Subsequently moved to Continental Trust Bank Limited as Assistant Banking Officer in the year 2002. He later moved to Nigerian Mobile in the year 2003 to 2008 as Senior Officer Marketing and Distribution.

Yusuf later joined Multichoice Nigeria Limited as Regional Operations Manager (North West Region) from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, Yusuf joined Kano Electricity Distribution Company as the Chief Customer Relations Officer.

Mallam Yusuf has attended several courses in Nigeria and abroad. He is an Alumni of Westminster Business Schofor KEDCOol London, a Fellow and Associate member of many professional bodies in Nigeria and abroad among which are Fellow Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership (CIML) USA, Fellow Institute of Strategic Entrepreneurs of Nigeria (ISEN), Fellow Corporate Administrators and Secretaries Professional Institute (CASPIN), Associate Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management (CICRMN), Associate National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).
